Job description:
• Experience or a passion for menu creation.
• Work and operate a kitchen on your own during your shift
• Support breakfast, all-day dining, and/or light evening service depending on shift.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain the portioning food levels.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist Head chef with inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen organization.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
• Regulating temperature for different cooking equipment(grill/oven).
Position-Full Time
Salary-$75,000-$80,000 (plus Super)
