Reporting to senior leadership, you carry full P&L accountability across the network – revenue, margin, and cost discipline. You lead a large distributed workforce, work closely with centre leaders and the centralised marketing function, and drive performance across enrolment, service standards, and operational execution. Strategic work includes market expansion and service innovation. You will join a highly collaborative leadership team that is committed to raising standards and building the business for its next chapter.
RequirementsAt least 15 years of leadership experience running multi-site, consumer-facing operations with ideally genuine P&L ownership. You are entrepreneurial, empathetic, and analytically sharp, comfortable writing business papers and presenting to senior stakeholders.
