Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese and English (is a must)
• 1-3 yrs in operations, project coordination or assistant role
• Strong execution and follow up skills
• Proficient in excel / google sheet
• Analytical, detail-oriented, fast-paced
• Experience in IGAMING / ONLINE CASINO / GAMING INDUSTRY
• Familiar with Philippine Market(GCASH/ MAYA/user behavior)
• Experience in campaign or performance support roles

Key Responsibilities

• Track and Analyze key metrics (DAU ,REVENEU,ACQUISITION,RETENTION ,VIP PERFORMANCE)
• Prepare daily/weekly performance report
• Assist in managing campaigns and promotions(bonus, cash back and VIP program)
• Coordinate withOPS, Marketing Tech, CS teams
• Tract project timelines and ensure on-time execution
