            Minimum 1 year of experience in conveyancing for Executive roles. 
Manage a full spectrum of conveyancing matters, including both private and HDB transactions, independently. 
Handle CPF-related processes for property transactions. 
Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of legal documentation related to property conveyancing. 
Perform e‑lodgment of documents via the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) platform. 
Liaise with clients, banks, CPF Board, developers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth completion of transactions. 
Ensure all necessary compliance checks and due diligence are conducted efficiently. 
Maintain proper filing and documentation to support case management.
