We’re looking for a skilled Conveyancer who will thrive and develop their existing client base, within our clients growing practice.
As a Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and timely process.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Providing clear, proactive communication to clients and third parties
