POSITION: Conversion Manager

Job Description Summary

The Conversion Manager is responsible for the daily activities required to run, maintain, and service the facility and/or the events by performing the following duties personally or through delegation to stagehands and conversion hands.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Create, plan, and implement all normal and necessary quality control documents.

+ Assist in supervising and scheduling all aspects of operations staff, including house staff and temporary labor, ensuring all tasks are completed to a satisfactory and effectively timely standard.

+ Serve as the lead person responsible for conversions on set-ups and changeovers.
