Reporting to the Director of Convention Services and Events, the Senior Convention Services Manager plays a key role in the coordination, planning, and execution of large‑scale conventions, meetings, and events. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and the hotel’s various departments, this individual actively contributes to revenue optimization, guest satisfaction, and the operational performance of the department.
