**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to work on the 1st shift. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. You will spend approximately 60% of your time addressing immediate issues, 25% working on projects, and 15% mentoring and coaching junior maintenance technicians. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills are required, including proficiency with 480v 3-phase systems, schematic reading, and equipment installation and decommissioning. The ability to modify PLC logic and perform basic programming for cameras and vision systems is essential. Experience with drives, remote access, and HMI access is advantageous. The role also involves training and developing other maintenance technicians.
