The Controls Product Service Engineer will provide technical guidance and support to GE Vernova power generation customers with specific focus on Gas and Steam Turbine Controls/operability domain. The role provides a platform for engaging in cross‑functional efforts to diagnose root causes, develop effective resolutions and employ problem‑solving strategies. Additionally the position entails making informed decisions with limited data, leveraging project management techniques and maintaining direct communication with customers to improve service quality delivery and overall satisfaction.
