Day-To-Day: We are seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead automation and controls initiatives at our Winchester, VA location. This role manages a team of controls engineers and oversees the design, implementation, and standardization of industrial automation systems across multiple projects. The ideal candidate brings senior-level controls engineering expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical involvement. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, IT/OT, operations, and external vendors to deliver scalable, efficient automation solutions.
