Job Title: Controls Design Engineer
Job Description
This position involves designing electrical schematics for automation equipment. The primary responsibilities include creating designs in AutoCAD Electrical, completing redline prints, and performing electrical calculations to ensure accuracy. The role focuses on hardware design within the electrical controls design team, comprising six other members. Travel is not required for this role.
Responsibilities

+ Ensure equipment is designed to customer specifications using standard techniques and approaches.

+ Create electrical schematics in AutoCAD Electrical.

+ Specify electrical and fluid power components for the bill of materials.

+ Carry out assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision.

+ Assist with the successful execution of assigned programs related to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction.
