Consolidate corporate financial statements and develop monthly management reporting and analysis of the Company’s financial and operating results.
Prepare external financial reports for shareholders, the Securities and Exchange Commission, other government agencies, creditors, outside analysts, and the public.
Provide financial analytical support, including competitor analysis.
Ensure the integrity of financial data in corporate systems and interfaces with operating company systems.
Consolidate corporate‑level tax adjustments and develop monthly management reporting and analysis on the impact to the Company’s US tax provision.
Provide ongoing tax accounting technical support and guidance to various functions within the organization.
Provide expertise and leadership to strengthen internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
