Controller – Tech-Enabled Wealth Management Company (CPA Required)

Position Summary

The Controller will lead all accounting, financial reporting, and internal control functions for a rapidly growing technology-enabled wealth management company. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining a strong control environment, managing audits and compliance requirements, and building scalable accounting processes to support continued growth. The role will partner closely with executive leadership, operations, technology, compliance, and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, fixed assets, and equity accounting.
