Claims administrative role in coordinating & handling both internal + external claims related to MNC customer.
Point of contact for MNC Customers Regional Operation team based in Singapore
Daily & monthly reporting on visibility + Performance KPI reports. Need to support on weekends during last week of the month for month end visibility + revenue maximization for MNC customer
Co-ordinate with Internal country account management teams in South Asia & Oceania, East Asia and Japan on day-to-day regional operations matters and service performances
What It Takes
Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution (Forwarding / Contract Logistics background will be an added advantage)...
