- Diagnosing and resolving control system faults across a variety of industrial client sites — the harder the problem, the better
- Programming and configuring PLCs and SCADA systems to meet specific client and project requirements
- Installing, commissioning, and maintaining control system equipment to the highest standards
- Carrying out control cabinet wiring for upgrade and obsolescence projects
- Delivering technical support and training to clients both onsite and remotely
- Keeping documentation tight — maintenance reports, work orders, and equipment records
- Collaborating with engineers and project teams on automation design and delivery
- Working safely and efficiently within budget and schedule — every time
- Participating in on-call and after-hours duties where required (with on-call allowance and overtime)
