**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Monitor and control plant operations using computerized systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality production
+ Adjust process controls and respond promptly to alarms or operating changes to maintain product quality and stability
+ Meet production targets while upholding all safety, quality, and operational standards
+ Communicate and coordinate with field personnel to manage production activities, troubleshoot issues, and optimize plant performance
+ Perform routine system checks, document operating data, report equipment or process concerns, and support continuous improvement initiatives
