Panel Technician

Job Description

The Panel Technician assembles, wires, and tests electrical control panels in a manufacturing environment, working from schematics and wiring diagrams. This role focuses on precise panel wiring and assembly, development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures, and hands-on quality checks and basic electrical testing. The Panel Technician collaborates closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to support both production and prototype builds while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform wire harnessing, routing, labeling, and termination of conductors according to schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Fit, cut, drill, and mount buttons, switches, relays, terminal blocks, and other electrical components inside control panels.
