Role Summary
The BESS Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for the design Control Engineering for BESS Product Engineering team for Utility-scale and C&I energy storage solutions. this role focuses on end-to-end ownership of control algorithms across the full product lifecycle—from concept and system design through validation, certification, and global deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Control System Design & Development
Design, develop, and maintain control algorithms for Battery Energy Storage Systems, covering: Power and energy managementCharge/discharge schedulingVoltage, frequency, and reactive power controlUnderstand BMS design and stepControl Interface with EMS, BESS controller, PPS and other required Equipment’s.
