  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Monitor project costs and contract budgets.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Review and process payment applications.
  • Responsible for the whole tender process.
  • Analyze project and contract scopes including architectural and shop drawings.
