Prixin Company Limited is seeking to recruit an experienced and results-driven Contracts & Procurement (C&P) Analyst to join our team.



Key Responsibilities



• Support procurement and contract administration activities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for goods and services

• Prepare purchase requisitions, RFQs and purchase orders

• Review quotations and prepare comparison reports

• Maintain procurement records and contract documentation

• Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines

• Support negotiations and vendor relationship management



Requirements



• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management

• Good analytical, negotiation and reporting skills
