About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to handle and manage various legal agreements, ensuring compliance and supporting business operations for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review W2, 1099 contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
• Perform redlining and contract negotiations
• Work closely with internal teams and external legal counsel/attorneys
• Ensure all agreements align with company policies and legal standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract management
