What you will need to do:
Monitor, supervise, and ensure compliance with construction and related project contracts, advising the Project Manager accordingly.Prepare and manage all contractual correspondence and legal documents related to project execution.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations towards the Client and report any issues to the Project Manager and/or Regional Contracts Manager.Identify contractual and legal matters arising at project level and escalate when required.Review and highlight any deviations from standard contract forms, agreements, or templates.Prepare contracts and legal doc...
