Job Description
- Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of the project
- Handle claims, variations, and contractual correspondence
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs, risks, and commercial performance
- Support project leadership in dispute resolution and cost control
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 10–15 years experience in contracts/commercial roles
- Contracting / construction industry experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in GCC/KSA construction environment
- Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and variations
- Experience in building / fit-out / MEP projects preferred
