Our client is a nationally recognised construction group known for delivering premium commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. With a strong pipeline of high-value projects across South-East Queensland, they are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to play a critical role in project delivery.

About the Role

As a Senior CA, you’ll take ownership of contract administration across landmark projects—from procurement through to final accounts. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure commercial and contractual control across the build.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration across multi-million-dollar developments

• Manage procurement, scopes of work, and subcontractor negotiations

• Assess and manage variations, claims, and progress payments
