Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Contract Supervisor oversees the operations on iScan contract(s). This role manages all employees working on the contract(s) and regularly communicates with the Director of Operations. The Contract Supervisor acts as liaison to customer, iScan upper management and Human Resources. This role participates in budget planning, oversight, and implementation.
