Review, revise and negotiate various contracts with owners and vendors.
Organize contract files including but not limited to review copies, internal discussion notes, negotiation correspondence and final execution contract documents.
Conduct contract reviews and provide mark-ups and recommendations regarding important legal and risk management issues for negotiation.
Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals.
Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
Write contract letters and other communications and notices.
