We're recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of M&E maintenance contracts across multiple commercial sites in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll have full responsibility for client relationships, contract performance, and operational delivery.

The Role

As Contract Manager, you will:

* Manage a portfolio of Mechanical & Electrical maintenance contracts across London.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

* Ensure contracts are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget.
