Contract Manager PMC (Data Centre)

Location: Johor. 1‑year contract with possibility of extension. Quick start date available for candidates with short or no notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for both pre‑ and post‑contract administration, utilizing the FIDIC contract suite.
• Manage procurement of high‑value Long Lead Equipment (LLE).
• Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations.
• Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction contract management.
• At least 3 years’ experience working on high‑complexity infrastructure or data center projects.
• Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions.
• Strong cost procurement skills.
• Understanding of mission‑critical engineering systems.
