Ensure that commercial resources are adequate for the successful delivery of the project.
Demonstrate a high level of commercial and technical knowledge and work as part of the Project Team.
Develop and manage strategic contracts that reflect customer needs and take into account legislation, Health & Safety, fraud prevention, sustainability, and workforce considerations.
Ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled, including those related to Health & Safety and sustainability.
