Responsibilities
Provide guidance and strategic support to project teams in the identification, notification, and preparation of variations and claims, including applications for extensions of time and related loss and expense claims.
Support, where required, the preparation of tender submissions and contract documentation, including drafting and managing all contractual correspondence.
Establish and maintain proper control of all contract-related records and documentation, including communications with subcontractors and relevant reports.
Review project correspondence and recommend suitable response approaches, highlighting any potential contractual or commercial risks or implications.
