You will provide professional support and ensure prompt and smooth execution of the employee life cycle activities, adhering to the local regulations and company’s policies.
Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, employee declaration etc.
Initiate post-employment screenings and highlight discrepancies flagged out in screening reports to the respective HR Business Partners.
Manage other staff movement activities such as transfers, secondment, conversions of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment.
Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required.
Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or dependents.
Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
