 Specific (90%) Administrative Support  Assist team to match suitable profiles for various jobs. 
Compiling and updating database of graduated learners from Survey. 
Consolidating information from team members for various reports and scorecard. 
Uploading learners’ information (CVs and profiles) on various platforms – Job Tech, Recruitment Partners’ Job Portals etc. 
Post edms and job market articles to learners. 
Liaising with learners to get information for reports – E.g. Employment letters for Placement Incentive Grant 
Supporting the team with other administrative tasks, if requested. Events Support 
Provide support to the team for all Career events. 
Coordinate event logistics in event operations.
