Implement and update department procedures, work instructions, rules and regulations, and control documentation.
Maintain awareness of prevention and cost‑down initiatives through continual improvement.
Assist the HOD in project tendering activities, including preparing Bills of Quantity (BQ), quotations, cost estimations, compiling submission materials, and participating in tender interviews and negotiations.
Manage tasks to meet submission deadlines.
Update and maintain documentation for approved subcontractors and monitor performance on price and other relevant criteria.
