Contract Executive (Electrical/Construction)

We’re looking for a Contract Executive who can support both tender and contract administration, with working knowledge of electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tender preparation—review electrical BOQs, specs, and drawings for pricing and compliance.
• Prepare LOAs, subcontracts, variation orders (VOs), and track progress claims.
• Liaise with project, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on contract scope.
• Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for quotations and documentation.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, submissions, and claim status.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering.
