Job Responsibilities:
  • Support internal branding and communications initiatives across the organisation
  • Assist in brand management, content creation, and content coordination activities
  • Manage and update internal communication platforms such as intranet, EDMs, newsletters, and collaboration tools
  • Support external communication materials including collaterals, signages, and profiling content
  • Assist with content writing, editing, and publishing for various communication channels
  • Support intranet migration and related communication projects
  • Coordinate events and staff engagement activities, including vendor liaison and logistics support
  • Assist with administrative duties such as raising purchase and IT requests, and minute-taking
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of communication activities
  • Perform other communications-related duties as assigned
