**Summary of the Job:**

Provide strategic legal advice to employees and management representatives with respect to unsecured consumer lending, home improvement lending, and co-branded credit card relationships. This role requires deep expertise in the assigned business unit’s business/industry, policies and procedures. Knowledge of regulatory implications of consumer lending is a plus. Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts is mandatory.
