Contract Assessors – Laboratory Accreditation Program

The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) is seeking technical experts to conduct assessments with the Laboratory Accreditation Program, including onsite technical expertise and remote assessment activities on a contractual basis.

Key Activities

• Works closely with the SCC personnel to determine the scope of the inspection.
• Conducts interviews as part of a team, or independently, to assess the competence of personnel.
• Reviews records to assess evidence of conformity with relevant criteria.
• Observes the work of personnel to assess conformity to procedures and application of relevant criteria.
