Our Client may require the services of a Contract Administrator to support the Transmission Program Management team in executing multiple high voltage transmission projects. The Contract Administrator is responsible for creating and assisting with managing legal contracts, including assuring that all parties to the contract fulfill their obligations. This would be in support Page 9 Schedule “A” of a team of Project Managers as they deliver projects from inception through to close out.

Contract Administrator Duties

• Ensuring alignment with the Contract Execution and Spending Authority Policy (CESAP) and all applicable trade agreements for contract execution and purchase order and noncompetitive procurement signing authority.
• Development of contracts or master service agreements from standard form contracts to fit project needs, dependent on goods or services required.
