Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across Administration and Operations staff
- Assisting with day‑to‑day tasks including creating purchase orders, data entry and processing invoices
- Supporting compliance activities including Health & Safety
- Supporting dispatch of work orders
- Assisting with payroll/finance administration including data entry, record maintenance and timesheets
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience and/or relevant qualifications/experience within the contracting or water industry is advantageous
- Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes (eg. Pronto, Filebound, EM2, CAS)
