Overview & Responsibilities PURPOSE OF THE JOB Lead moderate-to-complex improvement initiatives across a site, region, or end-to-end value stream (manufacturing and/or service). Provide facilitation and coaching to cross-functional teams, standardize best practices, and drive sustained performance improvements. The position is to coordinate and lead a wide range of activities that are designed to improve on-time delivery, productivity, quality, cost, safety, and/or environmental performance. The position will assist in the evaluation process, justification of improvements, and with carrying out the implementation plan.
