Continuous Improvement Lead | Mansfield | £40,000-£45,000 | Permanent

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on professional who can drive operational excellence across a busy manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work closely with shop‑floor teams, supervisors and senior leaders to improve performance, strengthen health & safety standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver real, measurable impact.

Continuous Improvement Lead Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with production teams across multiple workstations to maintain flow, resolve issues, and support day‑to‑day operations.
• Track output, operational standards, and performance against plan, ensuring issues are identified and addressed quickly.
