Continuous Improvement Green Belt/Analyst

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Green Belt / Analyst dedicated to lead business improvement projects throughout the organization, as well as to energize the organization using Lean Sigma tools to positively impact Cost, Quality, Delivery Performance, Inventory, Cash and Customer Satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Reporting operational key performance indicators on a regular basis
• Supporting Local and Global Continuous Improvement Leadership with upcoming requests
• Leading/facilitating improvement related events such as Kaizen, problem solving workshops, Innovation week, QRQC Days, etc
• Facilitating/Organizing site visits related to Continuous Improvement
• Overseeing/supporting improvement activities ensuring the effective utilization of the Lean‑Sigma toolset and compliance with SAFRAN standards where applicable.
