Continental Chef We are looking for a Continental Chef with good experience in pizza making (mandatory) . The chef should know how to prepare pizza dough, pizza sauce, toppings, baking, and maintain the same taste and quality every time. The candidate should also have experience in making continental dishes like pasta, salads, sandwiches, burgers, garlic bread, and other café items. Responsibilities: Prepare pizzas and continental food as per our recipes. Maintain food quality and hygiene. Control food cost and reduce wastage. Manage stock and inform about required purchases. Supervise and guide 2 kitchen helpers . Suggest and try new recipes or menu items whenever possible. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Continental Chef. Good knowledge of pizza making is compulsory. Basic knowledge of food costing and inventory. Ability to work in a team and handle kitchen operations.
