Content Quality Reviewer – Immediate hiring. Location: Petaling Jaya, M10, MY. Full-time on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Content Review & Refinement: Evaluate and polish written materials for clarity, grammar, tone, and readability.
- Accuracy Checking: Fact-check and verify information to ensure content is correct and credible.
- Tone Alignment: Adjust content to suit different audiences, platforms, and brand guidelines.
- Editing & Proofreading: Perform line-by-line editing to correct errors in spelling, punctuation, syntax, and style.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain consistency in language, formatting, and messaging across all deliverables.
- Collaboration: Work with writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content meets project objectives.
- Feedback & Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to content creators to elevate overall quality.
