hardware, software, reports, and users . Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe re platform onboarding (CASA, ATM, CPF, Cards, etc.) . Automate repeated tasks using scripts . Manage hardware: object server workstations, library devices, backup/archive storage, client workstations, terminals, printers, network equipment . Install, configure & maintain CMOD and related software . Monitor and maintain DB, cache storage, archive storage . Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities . Define report indexing, storage sets, storage nodes, printers, bundling workflows . Create and maintain application groups, applications, folders, indexes . Define CMOD groups and users . Automate report loading processes using Shell/Python . Manage backup, recovery, and tuning of CMOD systems . Resolve CMOD upstream/downstream server, network, or application issues .
