The jobholder is a primary driver of strategies to grow and develop new business opportunities within the bank in line with growing its chosen customer base through ecosystem partnerships that can drive customer acquisition.
Through a strong understanding of the target market, the jobholder is expected to represent the bank, collaborate and negotiate with external partners to deliver a strong value proposition to an identified customer base that will entice new-to-bank sign-up/onboarding and lift likelihood of approvability for lending-products, while ensuring business viability for Metrobank.
This role is expected to work with cross functional teams to secure program approvals, develop campaigns and creative materials, establish operationalization processes, monitor partnerships performance and ensure achievement of targets.
