JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

~ 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience

~ Experience with commercial litigation and the representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred

~ Background defending matters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and/or Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is highly advantageous
