Responsibilities

Partners in Performance Managers play the critical role of leading engagements.

They are adaptable and comfortable working in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence across a broad range of clients and industries.

Lead a team of Senior Associates, Associates, and/or Business Analysts to ensure engagement delivery and collaboration, coaching, management of clients, and oversight of the end‑to‑end process.

Provide coaching and guidance to junior consultants, managing professional development and fostering results‑driven performance.

Qualifications

Background and experience:

• Outstanding academic results
• University degree or equivalent experience emphasizing quantitative skills (Engineering, Commerce/Economics, Mathematics/Science, etc.)
• MBA an advantage
