• Install and upgrade solutions across the portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
• Provide expert guidance and education to customers, enabling effective use of solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing technical or operational concerns.
• Lead delivery of App Dev & Integration services, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and are delivered on time.
• Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle.
