To ensure that all the administration functions have been delivered to the customer as per the Service Level Agreement in place, either directly from the turnkey customers' premises or directly from the office, depending on the turnkey customers' preferences. To enhance the relationship between Fleet Management and other areas of the Bank with the dedicated turnkey customers.
